What size are Cloudberry Stables hobby horses?

Regular horses are M-size, equivalent to A4-size. I also sell Mini Ponies in my store and they are smaller.

What are mini ponies?

Mini ponies are small hobby horses. They don't have open mouth and are smaller than normal hobby horses in my store. They are very cute and they love to be ridden too!

Do you take custom orders?

You are welcome to ask if I have time and resources to do that! I have done some in the past. However, this depends on the season and my time.

How do I download digital files?

Once you purchase a digital file you can download it right from your checkout page after payment or from the confirmation email that is sent to you from Cloudberry Stables after you paid. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk mail. Sometimes the mail can end up there. Simply click the link in the email to download the file on your device.

Where do you ship to?

Currently I only ship to USA.

How fast do you ship?

I ship items within 2 business days. I try to ship most items within 24h of payment received. You can find more about shipping here.

The tack is too small/big for my horse. Can I return it?

Yes. I have 30 days return policy. Check you my return policy here.
